When you choose pots with a Slip-Let® coating, you can use a minimal amount of fat, and avoid burnt pots after cooking. Cleaning can be done easily with warm water and a few drops of regular dish soap.

If you choose pots with a ceramic PFAS-free Slip-Let® coating, you'll also benefit from scratch resistance and heat tolerance up to 400 degrees. No more worrying about burnt rice pudding or scorched spots at the bottom.

Cleaning Dishwasher-safe, but cookware with a coating should be washed up by hand as the non-stick effect may wear off ifplaced in the dishwasher.

-TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR FRYING PAN

The purpose and function of frying pans can vary greatly. Nevertheless, there are good rules of thumb that apply to all Eva Solo pans. They can help ensure that you get the most out of your frying pans - and that they live up to your expectations for as long as possible.

Never expose a frying pan to extreme temperature fluctuations - avoid hot and cold shocks.

Keep an eye on the heat. Put a few drops of water or a little oil on the pan before you turn on the heat. This makes it easy to see when the pan has reached the right temperature.

Use oil on all types of pans. This also applies to pans with Slip-Let® non-stick coating.

Cook at half of the stove's max setting +1. For example, if the max setting is 10, cook at half of 10 (= 5) + 1 = 6. This is enough to seal the leeks and give a crispy and golden surface - and it extends the life of the pan.

Induction hobs' boost function is only for boiling liquids in a hurry - never use it for frying pans.
