    • Do you have physical stores?

      We do have a showroom at Nad Al Hamar, Dubai. Al Jaber building, first floor. Office Hours: Monday-Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm

    • What payment methods do you accept?

      You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card or just choose Cash On Delivery. We additionally offer support for Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

    • Where do you ship?

      We currently ship in the United Arab Emirates. For shipping outside of UAE, please reach out to our support through our helpdesk info@cookette.ae

    • Do your products come with a warranty?

      Yes, we do offer a one-year limited warranty on our electric products, which covers manufacturing defects. Products will be exchanged only after they are returned and inspected by our quality department. The final decision will be based on the assessment results.

    • How Can I Place a Wholesale Order?

  • Orders Information

    • How long does it take to ship my order?

      Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time is from 2 to 3 days.

    • How can I track my order?

      Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Another email will be sent when your order is shipped, to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it). Additionally, you can track the status of your order from the "order history" section on your account page on the website.

    • What is your return/exchange policy?

      The goods must have been purchased within the last 7 days, remain in their original packaging, and be unused or undamaged. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.     • How long does it take to process a return?

      Returns are confirmed within 7 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange, or credit will be issued within 7 days of our services accepting your return.
